Suffolk Swords have had a fantastic events season in 2024 with big shows at Colchester, Tewkesbury and Heveningham Hall to name a few, a brilliant fantasy photoshoot at Petworth House and, of course, our “Best In Show” appearance at the Suffolk Military Show!
Now we turn our attention to restarting our training sessions where we can hone our combat demonstration skills, keep our fitness levels up and regularly socialise. All of our training sessions below take place at the 13th Ipswich Scout Hut which is located at 126 Rushmere Road (off a small road called The Drift – use IP4 4JX in your sat-nav). All training sessions take place on a Sunday from 2pm-4pm (unless otherwise stated) and you are not required to bring any kit with you but it helps if you have loose-fitting clothing, gloves and a bottle of water. Each session costs £5 to attend except for your first session which is completely free!
